A cattle company owned by Charles Sieber before he was murdered by Joe Harris in 1902. The ranch was later owned by the Sleeper family, who married into the Sieber family. The ranching outfit is referred to as the Sieber Cattle Company by Ruth G. Moss in her article, “The Early Development of Law Enforcement in Mesa County” (Mesa County Historical Society newsletter, May-June 1983). According to Moss, the company was formed in 1897.
